The smallest vineyard site in Winningen extends from the foot of the hill to the rocky terraces at the steep slope. It warms up easily and has an excellent microclimate - which creates its unmistakable character. Here we have our largest property.

With the eruption of the Laacher See Volcano about 10,000 years ago pumice ash was scattered here. Various layers and mixtures with the primary slate formed numerous different structures. This unique soil is reflected in the many facets of the "Brückstück's" wines.
