For generations the estate Richard Richter has been cultivating the riesling wine. It grows in the in the steeply rising slate terraces of the Moselle valley. Exquisite wines ripen in an almost Mediterranean microclimate. The small and fully ripe grapes are harvested into November. Special, unequalled wines develop. In them the different soils and the individual style - the hand of Thomas and Claus-Martin Richter - are reflected.

Our goal  is to offer friends and connoisseurs of the finest wines the pleasure and fascination in exploring vintages and variations of our exceptionel steep vineyards. The experience of tasting our vintages will be memorable and convincing.
