Estate Sparkling wines, bottle fermented - hand-turned
Since 1987 the sparkling wines of our estate have been produced in individual handwork in the traditional method. The base is exquisite first-class riesling wine from our own steep vineyards. From this wine our riesling sparkling wine develops after the obligatory fermentation in the bottle and the yeast ripens for a period of one year. After the yeast has been removed from the neck of the bottle, the bottles are closed with a high-quality natural cork. Our sparkling wine is characterized by a fine fizz and meets high expectations.
